CPTS specialises in Rail transport , Project cargo , Heavy lift , Oversize and special equipment shipments and has transit shipment facilities by rail or sea/rail to Mongolia , Russia , Kazakhstan and other CIS countries as well as regular LCL services from Tianjin , Lianyungang to Mongolia , Kazakhstan .
