In my years involved in the logistics industry I don't think I have ever seen a worse period than between the second half of 2008 and the beginning of 2010. I am looking for costs for 20' DCs Construction Materials (Non-haz) from Dalian, China to Durban Port, South Africa. Weight will be approx. 23 tonnes per container with about 25 shipments per annum.
